At Eve Enhance, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns for most products within 3 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in unused, unopened, and original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Photography Accessories, Cameras, and Lenses can be returned only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with pictures of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as personalized products or products marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for eligible returns and will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase (cash on delivery orders will be refunded via a bank transfer or alternative payment method agreed upon).

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refund Eligibility: If the returned product is in acceptable condition (as outlined above), a full refund will be issued. If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition (without a valid reason), the refund may be partial or rejected.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the product back. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow our return process to receive a refund and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Cancelling an Order

Since we offer cash on delivery (COD) as the only payment method, you may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the order is shipped, the return and refund process outlined above will apply.

7. International Returns

If you are returning a product from outside our primary shipping region, please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not reimburse for customs fees or international shipping costs.
